That said, with the fans turning off when the card is below 30c or idle etc and depending on the fans used this actually might be a very quiet card. and possible 1.5Ghz...
Not too sure about the direction of the fans (blowing hot air straight at your mobo and in one of the most restrictive spaces for air-flow ina case... hmmm..
