Holy balls, Batman!!!! 5x 40mm fans. How loud must that thing be?

I'd like to compare it to the ASUS DirectCUII design, you know, sort of an apples to apples 3-slot cooler design. Even if it cools a little more, I'm not sure it would be worth it if it sounds like a jet engine!
