The GUI is now a little more refined, IMO. It takes less clicks to turn of subtitles, for example. I've still noticed the odd movie that has badly synced sound, so I guess the codecs still need a little work. But yes, all in all, it's a vastly improved player. Hell, even my old Athlon 1.9Ghz dual core that I'm now using as a media box/server will run 1080P movies.
