Agreed - unless you need the encoding or SSD caching technologies from Ivy Bridge, do a GPU upgrade.

Judging from your components, you're talking about gaming... I have yet to hear of a game that causes an OC'd LGA1366 to be a bottleneck!
As Dzzope noted however, GTX 670s may be better for you since you evidently have no fears about overclocking them to get 680-like performance: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 2GB Review
