On the contrary, the best way to increase the cooling performance of a case is to fill most of the void between its graphics card, side panel, and top panel with the largest heat sink you can find. Bigger is better - and quieter- when it comes to heat sinks, and -oppositely- larger cases that fit more loosely around the CPU cooler often perform worse. Only a mid-tower would be a perfect match for the Hyper 212.
