Thanks for the suggestions. The other board I was looking at was the Gigabyte x48-DS4. Do you think this would be a decent choice? I'm hoping to get the Q6700 to about 3.6-3.8. I've also started looking at the Mushkin PC2-8000 Redline kit. How do those compare with the G.Skills?
p.s. Sorry for all the questions, I just wanna make sure I get something I'll be happy with for a while.
