Default Asus P8Z77-v Deluxe, wifi capabilities?

Does anyone know if the Asus P8Z77-v Deluxe's wifi will allow a tablet or smartphone a connection to the internet? This would be great and would solve my basic needs, but I am not sure if it just allows you access files on your pc from a tablet or can provide a full access point?
