If it was my build I would:
1. Swap to a i5 2500k and Z77 based motherboard (I am an AMD fan, but they are simply not in the gaming world anymore for serious computers).
2. Drop the NIC (the minimal benefits aren't worth the cost IMO)
3. Find a better price on a hard drive.
4. Put the savings from the above towards a better and newer graphics card (480 is good for the price, but way to much power consumption and heat output for my liking). Go for an HD 7870/ HD 7950, GTX 570, or (if it was me) wait just a bit longer for Nvidia to release its next few cards that likely includes a GTX 670.
