Overall looks good. Consider that anything over 1600mhz for ram gives almost zero benefit (personally I would save some cash and get 1600mhz). If its primarily a gaming rig I suggest going for a 2500k (unless you have the extra $100 burning a hole in your pocket for the 2600k). If you know you are going to go to a custom water cooled setup, then I would just grab a cheap air cooler until you do so (hyper 212+ or 212 EVO will do the job very well).
