Not to play devils advocate, but will they call me when I get my GTS650 and not a GTX680?
All kidding aside It really is good to see them having more of a presence here and in helping end users. It is hard to come by reps like that. And for all the good CS we get from some other companies, not a Rep to be found on the forums to really help the consumer. Galaxy is definately doing things right.
