My System Specs

Default

Your purpose is just to run 3 monitors for desktop applications, and not for gaming?

In that case, most previous generation AMD cards will do the trick.

ASUS 6770

It comes boxed with an HDMI to DVI connector, so all you'll need to get is a VGA to DVI adaptor (they're dirt cheap) and you'll be set to run 3 DVI monitors.
