Thats acceptable & actualy good for those whom want factory oc'ed/oc enhancmented componets mounted. Wasnt to long ago it use to be more $60-120+ for those cards.
Then you got the users like me whom buy stock & enjoy the preformance we get out of them like my recent Power Color Radeon 7870 which thru the CCC 12.3's is enjoying currently a nice 1.2 ghz gpu / 5.6 ghz ram clocks.
