Default Update

Thermaltake has done me so right, I thought I would post it.

They offered to send me a brand new TPG-850M to replace my 750M since they do not have any new stock on hand. I don't even have to return my PSU until I get the new one. This is going above and beyond, especially since my PSU is working fine under my current configuration, and I never even asked for a replacement or an rma. Thermaltake has also responded to all of my emails within hours not days.

I would never have dreamed this level of customer service from just an inquiry I made about a whine, that I no longer can hear, and they deserve all the kudos possible. The TPG-850M gets great reviews and retails for about $50 more than the 750M did.

Newegg.com - Thermaltake Toughpower Grand TPG-850M 850W ATX 12V v2.3 & SSI EPS 12V v2.92 SLI Certified CrossFire Certified 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Active PFC Power Supply

If in the market for a PSU, I would consider a Thermaltake based on their customer service alone, but also a 7 year warranty with their PSU's. My 750 is near silent, looks great and built like a brick!! I would buy it again.
