Default Problem with my thermaltake TPG-750

My PSU, TPG-750 is making a light whining sound, and it gets louder when I put stress on it. But even weirder is that if I scroll up and down a webpage or a pdf document, the whine is completely in sync with each movement of my mousewheel. Has anyone ever experienced this before with a PSU? I am 100% sure its coming from the PSU and not the video card or case fans.

The noise can only be heard in a silent room, but at night is very noticeable. Is it possible to lube PSU fan with sewing machine oil or similar?

Thanks for the help
