I'm fine w/ it ... It's in my living room, not my bedroom. As long as it's quiet and provides stable power, I'm fine.
My Antec Earthwatts 500W drops like crazy on the 12V (Down to 11.28V according to motherboard sensors under stress) when I overclock my G80 8800 GTS substantially.
