To put some emphasis on what Cptn. said: do not use your computer with barbs connected like that. You are looking for trouble - unless you wish to kill your rig
real fast.
The tubing has to go all the way to the end of the barb, up to the part where you used the wrench to tight it against the rad / res / block. Then you add the tye-wrap where the angled face of the barb ends, on the circular shaft section.
