From that list, I'd go with the Barracuda because of its perpendicular recording and larger cache. The cache will have a small performance boost (larger in benchmarks and certain programs), while the perpendicular recording gives a more noticeable boost in real work applications. I believe they also are quieter and use slightly less power.
If you were willing to spend a bit more, I'd get the WD 640GB drive. It gives better performance than the Barracudas and runs quieter, and cooler. At CanadaComputers, the 640GB is actually a few cents less/GB than the Barracuda is.
