Sorry Silent Avenger , but no.

In order to discover what the offending part is , here are the steps :

#1 : you need the rig setup on a test stand , it's too hard to do in a case.

#2 : fire the rig up , make it squeal.

#3 : Using a plastic (non-conductive) stick , (The back end of a plastic pen works ) very gently start touching capacitors/coils etc...The sound will change the second you touch the part making the noise.

#4 : carefully place a drop of clear nail polish/conformal coating at the base of that component.You want to glue it to the motherboard.

Problem solved.
