For me, i have a technical background as a support person for manufactured products, so i understand that there will be soem defective product get out the door, no matter how good your quality system is. What is important after that, is that you look after the issue quickly and with as little fuss as possible. Dont make me jump through too many hoops to get this done. A few are necessary, basic troubleshooting is OK. But after that, replace my broken stuff please!
