I hate the price increase, but also felt AMD was selling their cards to low. I do think we are seeing AMD trying to recoup as much money as it can, as fast as it can, for the development of their latest chip.

I am thankful that I will be ready to buy a GPU when Kepler drops and can get a GPU that has the best bang for the buck (and hopefully with the Kepler release, 7800 and/or 7900 take a slight price drop).

Thanks for the insight, will definately take what you say into consideration about the 7850 when I buy, and if prices remain the same, may grab one.
