Yeah, the B2's seem to frequently need over 1.45 to go beyond 3.5GHz, with quite a few needing in the 1.5-1.55 range. Whether you want to run up there is ultimately up to you, I suppose. As for why you're earlier high-voltage attempts didn't get you any higher, it's possible that your chip is hitting its wall, but I still have to wonder whether there's another BIOS setting holding you back.
