For those with some confusion on the card it looks like
this version of the card has been discontinued (as far as I can tell)
It appears XFX has split the line from Black Edition Double Dissipation to
Black Edition
and
Double Dissipation Edition
The one described by the poster is actually the best of both cards, 1000Mhz clock and DD cooling. Hope that helps clear up the confusion
