Plasti-Dip black. You can get it @ Home Hardware. But it is rather expensive in Canada. $19.99/can. You don't want to use it on places that will see a lot of wear. Do lots of coats. For screw holes I would suggest using a plastic washer (like the MDPC-X ones). Otherwise the screw head will pull on the plastic coating and usually rip it. The major plus is that is is easily removed. Just rip if off.
