My System Specs

I would advise against it. Here is why:
From the looks of the headphones, they're closed. This means you can't hear anything outside the headphones. If you connect your headset to your xbox for voice comms you won't be able to hear your game. There are ways to get around this, but they are very ghetto.

You could buy a female RCA-3.5mm audio jack for sound, something like this: RCA to Stereo adapter, 2 x RCA Female / 1 x 3.5mm Stereo Female - Nextag Stores and connect it to the RCA audio cables on your xbox for sound. You'll also need a 3.5mm extension cable if you wish to have audio to the headset as well as microphone.

For the microphone all you need is a 3.5mm to 2.5mm adapter, something like this: 2.5MM (3/32") STEREO JACK TO 3.5MM (1/8") STEREO PLUG ADAPTER | Cable Adapters | Ratings & Reviews |
Then setup your xbox to output voice comms through speakers only and you're golden. I wouldnt suggest this method though, sound quality wouldn't be all that great.
