No need to RMA. I'd recommend nickel coating if you don't want it to oxidize.
I did not RMA, just wanted to know what to clean it with without voiding warranty. Correct packing should prevent this issue. My argument is no one should have to receive a block in this condtion, or should have to give the block an acid bath. I realize the issue does not affect performance, but my OCD just can't take block that looks like someone took a dump on it. On a good note, AC is aware of the issue and will change the way they package the product.
