You can use staples bent into an L shape, basically just bend one side of the staple straight. Then push it into the connector on either side (need 2 staples) to depress the tabs that hold the pin in.
It definitely isn't the most ideal though I used it a week ago to tear apart a single cable, but I surely wouldn't do a whole PSU with that method as my fingers would hate me.
