Your board have onboard video, I would recomend to try to run without the GPU, only a stick of memory, no harddrive or anything else. Only the strict minimum to get a post.
The problem you are listing us is most likley caused by the PSU. If you have a friend that can help you with a PSU for a minut or two it would be awesome. Or if you have a second system at home. No need to be a 600W PSU since you would test only with minimum part.
