I went in to my bosses rad shop today and put together a Petbuilt PC-9000 radiator. After that, I played with the "small" rads. My ThermoChill PA1203 (25mm)

ThermoChill must have "glued" this rubber "U-Channel/ gasket" think to the header of the core. This is where the "separator" piece of brass goes, to create the "U-Flow" design.




Inside the top tank. The piece of copper soldered on here. The overall soldering job here was kind of messy, but whatever. Oh, and here is where all that flux comes from!





I guess they number all of them:




Don't think I left it that dirty!
