I did a quick spreadsheet/graph of the top 20 teams in relation to Average PPD per active user.

You'll see that HWC is the top dog in that respect.

Edit: It's the top 20 Teams with regards to total Points. We are NOT the TOP PPD/user team. That goes to HPCS, awachs, etc.
