Yuppers. Unless you are like our resident Storage GURU (AkG) and have 20 HDD's in a Rig the biggest components for power draw are your CPU and GPU's.
According to my UPS I draw 488 at Full load so that should give a good baseline.
And if you are going IVY then you will have even less power consumption vs what I run.
Get yourself a good Quality unit and you should have zero issues.
