It does not have penetrator fans, and the motherboard tray isnt inverted. It is a good case with a big amount of room, but is not big on air coooling. And it does not support xl-atx motherboards. Its a great case but not as good as the newer generation silverstone cases. Have you thought about the Xigmatek Elysium, it does not have a basement but its enormeus size makes it wc friendly
