The CoreTemp readings are incorrect. The isssue is that CoreTemp takes its readings based on a TJunction of 100°C while the actual TJ of the Wolfdale chips is 90°C...or 85°C, I can't remember which off the top of my head. So, the ACTUAL temperatures are between 10-15°C than what you are seeing there.
