I am not happy with the support I received from their customer support/rma department. I however like their boards. I always had them. Yes sometimes we may have issues I agree. The only reason I won't buy gigabyte boards or video cards again, just in case I ever need to RMA them. That is the only reason I will never buy gigabyte, because of their support I received. Other than that I think they really make solid boards. And they always run cooler than other boards I found.
