I apologize, I hadn't fully explained the commands. I see now where you said in the first post you were green (Kokanee is flowing fast out of the fridge)

First off, in the run box type "cmd.exe" and hit enter
Once the command prompt opens (Black box that will have a flashing curser in it..which it say something along the lines of: C:\Users\DaveSimpson (or w/e your login name on pc is)
that is where you will type the ipconfig / commands I previously mentioned.
The fact that you recently changed ISP's leads me to believe your PC has not changed DNS servers, which could be causing this issue.
