Looks fine for what you have as a system, If I get time I'll run it on my X6 with 580 and you'll see its not really that much higher yet I can play anything 1920X1080 MAX settings.
As for CPU-z showing a slower speed, that might be your processor being in a power saving mode while idling. Run Prime95 and it should ramp up to full speed.

About the CPU core speed. Should i use a program just to use the full 3.30ghz of intel i5 2500k? I dont want to overclock my cpu yet, since im a new gaming pc builder, i need to study more about that.
