IIRC they are claiming 20 percent less power use AND 20% increase in performance. Even if that second part is bollocks.....drop a D14 or H80/h100 and Im with you and bet we will see some monster OC's.
Looks to be another nail in AMD Bulldozer's coffin. Damn shame. :(
