If they are stock 480s I'd put your max consumption (full load) with a couple drives at just under 800 watts...not the most efficient but well within the AX 850's limits. |
Sandybridge Processors use almost nothing for power compared to older Core 2s. With a 850 you'll have no issues whatsoever on that system even if the processor is overclocked.
