well i haven't really felt the need to do any overclocking since i had my opteron 165 a number of years ago.
I looked at the board further and was considering the onboard until i saw that the res maxes out at 1920x1200@60hz which is not suffcient for my needs. I need 2560x1440.
I am also considering (although it may be considered blasphemy) a mac mini as the entry level unit is priced at $600 bucks. Supports the hi res i am looking for and i believe my copy of lightroom came with a key for either mac or windows.
