Be aware that you can't overclock with that setup, although you could make it pretty much silent at load if you lower the voltage a few ticks.
Since you're going for a dedicated GPU right away and using CUDA rather than that Intel encoding thingie, you may consider the P67 boards and overclock the GPU by a few ticks.
