Standard G1/4. Under high-load max core temp I've seen is 38-40 celsius, and Vreg are near 50 celsius. :)
It's an XFX card, so yes putting a waterblock doesn't void the warranty, since they authorize it.
And the card was running in the computer when I took the pic. So yes it's working perfectly. :)
