Is this a good motherboard? Its in my price range, supports the 45nm CPUs, and has SLI (3 way) support.

EDIT: I've decided to buy
this because I want to get a new CPU too. It supports 45nm CPUs. The downside is that it only supports crossfire. Is there a way to get it to support SLI? BIOS flashes, etc?
