Thumbs up HTPC Build on a Budget (cont)

Opened a new thread here from HTPC section as it seems more appropriate.

I'm building an HTPC around a Ceton InfiniTV 4 using Windows 7's Media Center, I'd have it running pretty much 24/7 in a dual display setup, WMC will need to be set to output in 1080p via HDMI on the flat screen for TV and other media, while web surfing and some light gaming (LofL) on the main display connecting via VGA or DVI input (really dependent on which video card I purchase). I'd also be using 2 xbox 360s as Media Extenders.

I'm going to canabalize parts from other PCs so that I can keep costs relatively low while trying to get the best bang for my buck while get a little UUMPF! as well. I currently have a budget of $800. I have some HDD that i will be throwing in for storage.

Here's the components I've tentatively decided to go with, all available from newegg. Your advise is greatly appreciated.

CPU & Video Card - Phenom 2 x3 720 BE 95W (OEM) & Sapphire Radeon HD 5570 1 GB 128 bit DDR3 Combo - $119.98 ($10 M.I.R.)
Aftermarket CPU Cooler - Hyper 212+ - $29.99
Mother Board - Biostar A87OU3 - $69.99 ($10 M.I.R.)
Ram - G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB DDR 1333 - $47.99
Power Supply - Antec Earthwatts 430 Green - $54.99 (was considering 380W, but this one gives me a little more for $10 more)
SSD - Crucial M4 64GB - $114.99 (Really wanted an SSD for boot drive)
Tuner Card - Ceton InfiniTV 4 Quad CableCARD tuner - $299.99

All this comes in at $741.79 before $20 in rebates. Could probably shave some more off buying from amazon on some of the items listed.

Windows 7 Pro 64 - $29.99 + $4.99 s/h (Student offer at microsoft store) =)

Which brings me to a total of $776.77 $756.77 after rebates.

If there's anything missing let me know, took me some time to work this out budget, let me know where it can be tweaked. THANKS!!
