I wish I installed W7 on my 128GB M4 BEFORE I flashed the firmware to 009. Excellent drive nonetheless from a company that provides a lot of value to the consumer.
Quick note. You can put the ISO firmware image on a USB stick in order to avoid burning a cd! You can use a utility like this one:
