ok, i got one, the GTX460 is staying at 68 degrees, i got some AC and default fan profile from evga precision. The TPF is like 7'20" and credit is like 5187 but the preferred deadline is 12 days so I am adding as a rule in gpu tracker for this project number the GPU to run only at 80%.
