I would say my biggest concern would be the power supply! 500w for i7 and 6950? Need more!
Also, if you aren't doing any video work, 2600k is pretty much a waste. save the $$, buy an i5 2500k and invest it in a better PSU and really think hard about getting an SSD for your OS at least.
BTW do you have a budget?
