Default Which option is better?
I have an i7 950 processor and 2 GTX 480 cards in SLI. My plan is to overclock the 950 to 4GHz and 480s to 800MHz. I have $250 to spend. Here are my options:

Corsair HX1000 PSU + Scythe Ninja 3 CPU Cooler

or

Corsair TX950 PSU + Noctua D-14 CPU Cooler

I wanted to know if TX950 is enough to overclock CPU and GPUs. Thanks
