TX950 is old, along with the HX1000 so they're not as efficient as the new ones out
If you want the most headroom at the best price, I'd say the Antec 1200W
LINK is your best bet. Fan isn't very loud even though it's an 80mm. If you want 120mm, the OCZ ZX 1250W for 170$ at ncix is good but there is a possibility of coil whine (It appears as a special promo while checking the cart for me).
Funny enough about this thread is that I'm trying to decide on a new power supply and was about to make the exact same thread except for an i7 860 and 2 heavily oc'd 470's.
