How about a GA-Z68XP-UD4? 22nm and PCIE 3.0 support. GIGABYTE - Media - News - Motherboard

Also for HDs. You could grab a 64GB SSD and set it as a caching drive and save some $. I would get a 2TB black and a V100 64GB. That would save you $65 off what you have above for hard drives.
