There is a couple of fixs listed on CM's Support page but TBH for all the time I have seen this I have yet to find a solid fix, some ppl's are fixed by simply moving to another usb port, other removing the device from Device Manager and re enabling worked but if it was me I would fire off a support ticket to CM Storm since the problem is widespread.
