The 212+ was probably about 5-10C hotter, at most I would say.
So a slight improvement with the H100, but I now have room to go 4 DIMMs and no big weight on the motherboard anymore.
I also paid $95.25 via price match to DC at NCIX.
To me it's worth it because I just get a cleaner overall look and it's easier to work around the CPU socket.
